If you would like to have braided wire in a configuration other than our stock offerings, or if you have your own wire to be braided, this option is for you.

The set up fee is dependent on the number of wires to go through the machine set.  This item is the per foot price for how many feet are braided.

If you are using our wire, simply purchase the needed amount of wire, the appropriate set up fee, and the approximate finished length at the per foot price.  

If you are sending us wire, please let us know in the remarks section at the end of checkout.

Once your braid is finished, we will only charge you for the actual length of the finished product.  Length loss due to braiding geometry is from 5-10%.  We will make every effort to braid in one continuous run, but occasionally there is a break, especially with the finer gauge wires.

We are able to braid in the following configurations:

-3 wires

-4 wires

-8 wires

-16 wires

-32 wires (note that this is a "braid over braid")

The 8, 16, and 32 wire braids are hollow down the center of the braid, and the wires can be braided "around" another wire or substance, or even another braid.  The combinations are endless!
